1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our M3U/Xtream Codes playlist services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with IPTVClear, operating out of the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Account Provisioning & Activation

• Digital Delivery: Upon receipt of verified payment confirmation, access credentials (server URL, username, password, and M3U playlist URL) are dispatched promptly via email and/or WhatsApp (+447447512430).
• Prepaid Subscriptions: All plans (1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months) are non-recurring, one-off payments. Service terminates automatically at the end of the term unless manually renewed by the subscriber.
• Concurrent Connections: Unless additional multi-screen connections are explicitly purchased, each subscription line is strictly limited to 1 active stream at a time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree to use IPTVClear strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial entertainment. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Re-stream, re-broadcast, redistribute, or publicly exhibit stream feeds.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or overload our edge CDN servers or authentication APIs.
• Share or publish your Xtream Codes credentials on public forums or multi-user networks.

Violation of these rules results in immediate account suspension with zero eligibility for refund.

4. Service Availability & Quality

While IPTVClear maintains a 99.9% server uptime record powered by our Anti-Freeze 9.0 load balancers, stream performance is contingent on your local ISP bandwidth, router configuration, and device player capabilities. We strongly advise a minimum stable internet speed of 25 Mbps for 1080p 60FPS streams and 50 Mbps for 4K UHD channels.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
