When you order a subscription or request a free trial, we collect:

• Contact Information: Email address and/or WhatsApp phone number (for sending M3U/Xtream Codes credentials and technical support).
• Order Preferences: Selected subscription duration (1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 Months) and device type (e.g., FireStick, Android TV, Apple TV).
• Payment Transaction Identifiers: Reference hashes or transfer confirmation codes used to verify payment receipt.

3. Strict Zero-Log Architecture

We maintain an absolute zero-log infrastructure regarding your media consumption:

• We do NOT track, record, or store the specific channels, sports events, movies, or video-on-demand content you watch.
• We do NOT log your browsing history, DNS queries, or device IP location telemetry.

4. Payment Security & Zero Card Storage

To ensure maximum financial privacy and protect our customers from recurring subscription billing fraud, IPTVClear operates on a strict prepaid basis:

• No Credit Card Storage: We never store, process, or hold credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
• Authorized Gateways: All transactions are executed through buyer-protected gateways including PayPal, Binance Pay (Crypto USDT/BTC), Direct SEPA Bank Wire, and Direct US Wire (Community Federal Savings Bank).
• No Automatic Rebills: Your account will never be automatically charged upon expiration without your explicit manual renewal.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you possess the right to access, rectify, or request the permanent deletion (Right to be Forgotten) of your contact records at any time. Inactive trial account records are permanently purged after 30 days.
